Book me for a full or half-day of work. My full attention will be on your website so I can complete updates, fixes, and make improvements quickly and efficiently.

The Booking Process

1. Book Your Day
Choose a day from my calendar that works best for you. That’s a day when you can have all content ready, and are reachable to provide feedback. Your day is instantly confirmed upon payment.

2. Strategy Call
After booking, I’ll reach out with an invitation to book a 30-minute call. We’ll discuss everything that you need completed, and make a list of what needs to be prepared beforehand.

3. Preparation
It’s time for you to prepare all your website content (images, text and files) by the start date so that I can get as much work done as possible for you on your booked day. Send it over and I’ll be ready to start!

4. Day of Work
On this day, I’ll be laser-focused working on your website. Stay close to your inbox as I may need your feedback. At the end of the day you can see the new website updates!

5. Support
You’ll have 7 days to ask for small adjustments to the work that has been done to make sure everything perfect! This is especially helpful if we’re in different time zones.

6. Book Again
Keep your website updated! As ideas come to mind, create a list of tasks for me to work on. Most clients book every 3-6 months to keep their website up to date.

FAQs

It depends! Website updates such as new pages, or adding of products is relatively quick. While tasks that require coding may take longer.
On our strategy call, we’ll discuss what’s realistic for the time that you’ve booked. -
My main expertise is in Shopify. However, I’m able to assist with Squarespace updates as well.

My experience allows me to work quickly and efficiently. However, you’re booking my time, not specific deliverables. If you’re not sure how long something will take, reach out before booking, and I can let you know if Book Me For a Day is a good fit.

Support includes the opportunity to ask for small revisions to work already completed on the booked day. Additional work is not included. It also includes answering any questions about the changes by email or video tutorial.

Prepare a list of work you need done, all website assets (text & images) and possibly login details, depending on the work that needs to be done.
Please have this all prepared 3 days before your booked day. -
Ideally, I get all the information I need during our inquiry call. However, if you’d like to provide feedback on design changes, then you should be available to do that during the booked slot.

No worries! In our strategy call, I’ll aim to get all the information I need so that we don’t need to stay in close touch while I’m working. And if I wasn’t able to do something because of our time difference, that can be worked into the 7 days of support.

You may reschedule up to 7 days before your reserved date. The rescheduled date must be within 90 days of the originally booked date. Payments are non-refundable.
